BrickLab Academy - Creative Model Building Workshop

We are offering children and families the chance to work together on a single, exclusive LEGO® workshop designed especially for this event.

During ech session, participants will be guided step-by-step to build a custom LEGO® model designed by Brad Charlton Wells, a former LEGO® Master Model Builder. This bespoke design has been created exclusively for the Derby Market Hall workshops and is the only model built during the sessions, ensuring a focused, shared experience for families.

The custom model is themed around Derby itself, celebrating the city’s local identity and creativity. It will be produced in strictly limited edition numbers and will only be available to those attending the BrickLab Academy sessions at Derby Market Hall.

These sessions are ideal for families looking to enjoy quality time together, with children and adults collaborating on a guided build rather than open free-play. Alongside the workshop experience, attendees will also be able to view inspiring LEGO® display models from the BrickLab collection.
