Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century.
Originally Joseph Pilates named this method “Controlology” due to the art of controlled movements and focused precision. The Pilates movements places an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
What do l need to bring?

All props and yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
